Friends list super slow to load since latest update

    Friends list super slow to load since latest update


    This isn't technically related to an insider build, but it's my first time seeing the new-look guide, so I was wondering if this is a common problem.

    Before today, I still had the old style guide. The one that looks like this: -

    After updating, I now have the new style guide, but I'm having a problem.....

    When I open the guide, go to the People tab, then click to open my main friends list, it opens, but I see a spinning loading circle that spins around approximately 20 times before it actually loads in my friends list. This happens every time, which obviously is not good at all, cos I'm sitting there waiting for it to load.

    I do have quite a large friends list of 400+ people, but surely this isn't how it works now, is it? Before I updated, when I opened the friends list, it instantly showed me the list.

    Microsoft killed original Xbox one with update

    My Xbox One, had since day one, still running perfect. After latest update it runs fine. Not sure if it is faster or slower (don’t run a stopwatch between commands). But, have not noticed any super speed up or super slow downs. Have no problems starting
    apps or playing games.

    New update breaks... everything

    My Xbox is doing the same thing. It is slow to load the home screen, slow to load apps, slow to load games. Even when I turn it on now it is super slow to come on. This new update looks great, but something has got to be fixed. My xbox has never been this
    slow to respond.

    Xbox One NXOE update 18th Nov 2015 has seriously broken the console in many ways.

    Same issue, since the latest update my friends list is frozen, and I cant access my synced saved games. (preview update)

    Xbox app borked? Maybe a Live service issue?

    To add some more info to this.....

    When I launch the Xbox app, if I click on a friend's name, their info loads in instantly.

    It's only the subsequent friends I click on whose info loads in super slow.

    Please don't ignore this, cos for me, the app is basically unusable now.
