Friends List shows 0

Hey guys!!

I was trying to start up my console and everything was going well until I saw my friends list was missing. I can see them other times like when im playing online but not in my actual friends list. Also, I have tried to clear my mac address as a ts step and
it works but afterwards it goes back to showing 0. Not everyday but pretty often

any ideas?

Same issue. My friends list now shows 0 and i cant even re-add anyone...

 

Can't join my friends

All my friends are the same alliance but when we all look in the friends list it shows 0/0 friends and no matter we try we could not resolbe the issue, anyone find out how to group with your friends?

showing up properly. We see that this is becoming more widespread and are collecting as much information as possible on this issue. I would suggest trying to

remove then re-add the profile or a
hard power cycle.

If that does not work then try a Soft
Factory Reset.



Generally when this happens, it could be the operating system is having some technical difficulties since the list
is viewable on other devices.

Side Note:
It is
very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing
it from the console.

To check the email being used with the gamertag, go to
Settings > Account > sign-in, security & passkey;
in middle column at the top it will say "show on home"
if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it will show in this box.

P.S make sure you are connected to a stable network beforehand.
