    Friends list problems


    Hi I am not sure what is going on but I cant add or remove friends I tried on xbox smartglass on my phone as well as on the computer. I tried clearing my system cache and redownloading my profile I am not sure if it is something wrong with my xbox
    or something but if I can get some advice it would help alot thanks.

    i have a friends list problem too we were told that we were going to have 200 friends on our friends list and thats why they took the Original xbox servers.. i want more friends lol

    They could just actually be Offline. Or they could have their Preferences, which can be found in Controller Guide Button Settings slider, set to Appear Offline.

    I'm starting to see reports of gamers for their friends list - missing friends or similar problems with friends and groups

    In my case, I'm experiencing missing friends. Right now I only have "7 friends" but I remember to have more.
    Probably this is a current or temporary outage.

    I'm having the exact same problem. when i log on into xbox.com i'm able to see my friends list fully but when i'm on my xbox people still show up as offline for some reason.

    I'm having a similar problem as well right now, I sign into my account and it shows that I don't have friends at all, nor can I join parties or receive or send messages. Hopefully this problem is sorted out soon because its been happening all day for me
    and it's becoming a real pain...
