    Friends List Problem


    Hello everybody, I am having trouble adding people. The details are in this thread: http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/xbox_360_support/f/12/t/1942733.aspx People tried to help me in that thread but there was nothing to be done and so that thread
    has died down. This is a new thread I started because I would feel more reassured if more people who had this problem came forward and posted and if lots of people are having his problem then the problem may be fixed soon. Thank you.

    Hey Fixxxer, this thread is getting a little old and most the folks in it are reporting that they aren't seeing that issue anymore. Let's start with heading into the Sign In screen and redownloading your profile. If that doesn't help, please make a fresh
    thread detailing what it's doing currently and we'll get it sorted for you!

    ^Just so you know, don't verify posts if you believe you still have an issues, that previous thread died because you verified an answer, essentially saying your issue is solved. I still don't completely understand what's happening, so I personally have no

    I verified it answered because there was nothing anyone in that thread could personally do. I created this thread to see if there are more people with the problem.

    I'm starting to see reports of gamers for their friends list - missing friends or similar problems with friends and groups

    In my case, I'm experiencing missing friends. Right now I only have "7 friends" but I remember to have more.
    Probably this is a current or temporary outage.

    I'm having the exact same problem. when i log on into xbox.com i'm able to see my friends list fully but when i'm on my xbox people still show up as offline for some reason.

    I'm having a similar problem as well right now, I sign into my account and it shows that I don't have friends at all, nor can I join parties or receive or send messages. Hopefully this problem is sorted out soon because its been happening all day for me
    and it's becoming a real pain...
