    Weird Login Problems

    For some reason I can't log on to xbox live, it keeps giving me the same "Can't connect to xbox live" error message. I tried to check out smartglass, but it says it can't obtain my current information and the website here says I have no friends on my friend
    list and almost everything else says I've found a glitch in the system.

    Is your friend list full at the moment? Have you tried searching for your friend from the website (live.xbox.com/.../Friends) to see if you get the same error message? Was there an error number
    that appeared with the message? Let us know if you have any other details and we will see what we can do to help.

    Thanks for answering Prince Darkness, but I'm not being removed by them. They will message me asking why I removed them saying that I don't appear on their friends list. However, they will appear on my friends list. Its some display error.

    The information is correct. I tried to make the downlod and the error message appears at xbox.com:

    "It seems you've found a glitch in the system."

    By xbox360 can not access payment options. Opens a window of error in hub -> Account -> Payment options
