Friends list not working

I don't know where to post this my friends on my friends list are gone the friends that were on my list do show back up on my list when they get online but it says that they are online and offline at the same time I have had this problem since 10/25 I have
tried power cycling my console multiple times and ways unplugged my router/modem for up 10min removed my profile power cycled then re-downloaded my profile and after all of this its still not working

Friends list not working

There is a service alert going on right now with the xbox live:

Affected platforms: Xbox One Xbox on other devices Xbox on Windows 10

Affected services: Managing friends lists and tracking what friends are doing

Latest update: Are you having trouble seeing your friends list or viewing the activity of your friends? We want you to know that we're working to get this resolved ASAP! Thank you for your patience, Xbox members. We’ll post another update when more information
becomes available.

Be patient until this issue is solved.

Friend list not working

Hi,

We certainly want to get this taken care of, please follow the instructions on how to successfully power cycle your Xbox One console:

1. Hold the power button down on the front of the console for ten seconds.

2. Once the ten seconds pass you can power the system back up and you should be able to access your Friends List once again.

Let us know how it goes.

This answer was definitely not helpful. Did you even read my request ? I did say Xbox app on Windows 10 !!! Not Console....
