friends list not working on xbox one console

friends list not working it is showing 1 friend online only and voice chat not working

Hi yes It is just a bug it happens to me all the time.

I have the same issues in 3 days, show 0 friends in the list then they slowly show up in the list and olso when im in the voice chat many times keep disconn even my friends in the chat they're getting this problems. idk is wierd cuz when happen im keep
playing in game no disconn ingame and im keep playing in a matchmaking.Or theres some problems in the live service or everybody need reset they're console(i won't, i done this last week so...)plus clear the cache etc. nothing worked.And seeing problems like
yesterday exactly on Problems 'creating profile or redownload an existing' this makes me realy worry about. And like you im trying figured out whats going on here.

I'm having the same issue. Unable to connect to party chat using Xbox Game Bar and Xbox Companion. It started between 8pm and 830pm EST.

same, my friends list has been showing 0 for like 6 months or more on the console. I didn't care too much cause when in a game I can still invite join etc through ingame methods.

But now it wont show/load msgs, won't show friends at all still, can't access microsoft store now, and worst of all I can't join party chats now at all?!?!?!?

I have xbox one x, i have tried hard power cycle. I have removed account and re added it and that didn't work when i tried before. I guess I will reset the entire console and see?
