Friends list not updating, any ideas how to fix.

Any idea on how long it might take to fix? Because last time the friends list went down it was for 2 days...

I have the preview disc from the dashboard update, and when i got to update it sends me to some avatar cortana item, any ideas how to fix?

When I start up my console it skips to the preparing console screen and gives me an E102 error code. I trouble shoot and reset and erase everything on the console and it says something went wrong, and gives me E101. Then, I try the offline updates
and it stays at zero and then says something went wrong and gives me E102 again. Its been doing the for like a week now. Can someone please help I don't know what to do.

Not to bum you out but ever since I downloaded Battlefield 5 I have had constant freezes and crashes that led to e106 which led to e102 and then e101. I never had one issue with any game until BF5. I have done every technical thing suggested to include factory
reset and reinstalling games. I also tried the offline update to no success. You sound like you're at the point of no return with your hard drive. My hard drive is now totally crashed. 500 bucks and in 4 years its toast. I'm actually afraid to re upload
this game if I either get the console fixed or buy a new one. I understand it probably was coincidental but neither MS support or EA can help you pinpoint which side has the issue. Wouldn't care if this

Troubleshoot Xbox One startup errors. It asks for the Offline System Update on E101 and if you are seeing E102 it is asking for you to Reset console to Factory Defaults. If going through this is not resolving the issue, then the only other option would
be to set up a
Repair Order for the console.
