Friends list no longer displaying pictures?!

I just noticed thos tonight...on my friends thumbnails on the friends list, and also when I’m in a party - their profile picture has vanished and is replaces but a grey circle?! I have done s power cycle and reset the console...still the same!

Ma anche degli amici elencano i problemi. Non sei l'unico ad avere questo problema.

In my experience it's usually due to a slow download speed but usually they will load after a bit

We apologize for this issue but rest assured we are here to help. We suggest a reset of the console since
the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a >Soft
Factory Reset< (while keeping games and apps)
IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

There is a stable network connection.
The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
screen when you power it back up.
