Friends list nearly completely erased.

I got on my 360 to readd my friend who had the same issue happen to him and I find I only have 2 friends now and the other day I had around 47 or so. I want to know if there is a fix for it or am I just out of luck.

friends list completely busted

having an issue where my online friends are appearing in the online and offline section, completely replacing my offline friends in the process. It also does not update me on what anyone is currently doing which can be very annoying. I have tried all means
of actions and even contacted support but nothing seems to be working. Ultimately it leads me to think that there is an error with the preview programme regards the friends list. Any help or fixes would be greatly appreciated

My friends list had dissapeard as well my friend hopefully its the xbox servers

So sorry to hear you lost most of your friends! That's always a bummer. Could you try clearing your cache three times in succession, then turning your console off
and back on again? After doing that, please re-download — not delete! — your profile. If you need help with that, please check out the troubleshooting article on how to Add

Also, be sure to check if your friends are still added by going to xbox.com
