Friends list isn't working right

    Friends list isn't working right


    2 of my friends have been removed from my friends list, and it says they are offline when they are really online, and every time I try to add them back it pops up with "sorry, we can't save your changes right now. Try again in a while" please if Microsoft sees
    this please help me

    Xbox isn't working right

    Ok so, I turn on my Xbox one so I can play with my friends. I'm not in a game, I'm not in a group chat with anyone, I'm at my home screen. My mom calls me over for something and I leave my room for 20 minutes. I come back and it shows that Rainbow Six Siege
    needs to be updated, so I click "Ok" and the screen goes black for a second, loads into my updates and it keeps loading into that again and again. I tried to turn off my Xbox and turn it back on, it still has it loading. I get a "Something went wrong!" on
    my screen and it gives me a code to put in on xbox.com/errorhelp. So I type in the link, put in the code and it says "Sorry! No Support articles were found for "Ox800706bf"." So I don't know what to do with my Xbox one. I need help. Friends list isn't working right :(

    When the console is on, try pressing the power button for 10 seconds.

    This is a hard reset and may solve your problem. Let us know, but if it persists, it could be a hardware problem.

    this is a known issue with the new gamertag system xbox is working on a solution so the only thing you can do is wait for a fix from xbox
