    friends list is gone


    Something happened to my friends list I signed back into my account online and I went to see who was online to see if anyone wanted to play and noticed my friends list was gone I signed out, deleted my acc, re downloaded it and even disconnected myself a
    few times from the internet but my friends list did NOT com back. Can anyone please tell me what happened? did I get banned someway? did I do something? is someone hacking me? WHAT?? Im not upset because I didn't know them and I only had like 19 ppl added
    not a big adder and I cant even send them messages to let them know what happened but this has happened 2 times now and I want to know why its happening so I can prevent it from happening again. Let me know ASAP!!

    same problem here. Microsoft this is terrible service! don't know how it happened but please fix it as soon as possible. I also recommend you think of some way to apologize to al the "PAYING" xbox live customers the playstation network is free for heavens
    sake!!!!! There i was all excited to play a good clan match been waiting for weeks to play and what do i find? My friend list gets erased. Sort it out quickly this is not what I am paying for!!!!! It sure as hell better be fixed by tomorrow.

    me too is empty.. but my brother has friends, but he can't invite and join partys

    i had the same thing happen to me....... i have 0 friends online now, recovered my account and they were gone, on xbox.com it still says there online though weird

    Friends List ....Gone !!!

    Are you in the Preview programme? I saw a recent screenshot where Friends is now off the right of the screen, and also has a text navigation link towards the top of the screen. (Pins - Home - Friends - Store)
