Friends list is gone

Discus and support Friends list is gone in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So, I got home from school & tried signing into Xbox Live & it signed me in but didn't connect to Xbox Live, just figured something may have happened...     Friends list is gone


    So, I got home from school & tried signing into Xbox Live & it signed me in but didn't connect to Xbox Live, just figured something may have happened and my router might have been turned off or something today so I connected to my internet, signed into Xbox
    Live & I find that all of my friends have been deleted & I have none of the messages I had before, recent players still show up though. I logged into xbox.com & tried talking to a couple ambassadors, needless to say I was extremely disappointed with that.
    Also, my friends and messages are appearing on xbox.com, but not on the console itself. Someone please help me out?

    same problem here. Microsoft this is terrible service! don't know how it happened but please fix it as soon as possible. I also recommend you think of some way to apologize to al the "PAYING" xbox live customers the playstation network is free for heavens
    sake!!!!! There i was all excited to play a good clan match been waiting for weeks to play and what do i find? My friend list gets erased. Sort it out quickly this is not what I am paying for!!!!! It sure as hell better be fixed by tomorrow.

    me too is empty.. but my brother has friends, but he can't invite and join partys

    Friends list is gone

    Turned my xbox off & on & it didn't work, then tried it again & boom, it works.

    Are you in the Preview programme? I saw a recent screenshot where Friends is now off the right of the screen, and also has a text navigation link towards the top of the screen. (Pins - Home - Friends - Store)
