Friends list hasnt been working for a month

My friends always says zero friends online but when I switch to another profile or use the xbox app I can see who is on. I tried restarting the console and removing profile and signing back in and I cant fix the problem its been going on for a month, help.

Could be a caching issue. Have you tried a hard reset? Hold the power button down for 10 seconds.

My friends list hasnt been visible for a couple months now, I never bothered with it because all my friends would show up in my in-game friends list, now that i'm playing other games I cant tell if my friends are on and recently found out they cant tell
if im online either. I'll try a soft factory reset and see if that helps.

friends is not working... hasnt been for 3 hours. pissing me off cause so far xbox has acted like there isnt a problem.... there is. it is affecting every single one of my friends

Im a bit upset myself. Skate 3 has been on the "future games" list since back como started. Why hasnt it come out yet? Xbox brags up how great backwards compatibility is, then gives us a junk small collection of junk in january. The "new games coming each
month" list hasnt changed other than 1 or 2 games since it has started. Just release the *** games
