    Hi all

    Has there been a change around on the dashboard, as my friends list has gone completely, the only way i can access it now is via one of the small app type boxes, is this a change or do i have a problem ?

    Friends list gone

    my friends list is not showing up on the home screen... Says I have 0 friends... When I log into a game I can see every friend in the game social area but not on the Xbox live home screen... It happened right after the last update for xbox one... Any ideas
    on how to get it back.

    When I look at my live account on the Xbox 360 it shows that I have 0 friends. If I go into my account on the PC I can tell that there are friends there (can see some listed when I look at my profile summary) but when I click on the friend tab I get the
    following error

    It appears you have found a glitch in the system.

    Are you in the Preview programme? I saw a recent screenshot where Friends is now off the right of the screen, and also has a text navigation link towards the top of the screen. (Pins - Home - Friends - Store)

    Also check Xbox Live Status. Last year and sometimes XBL mentions I have no friends when I have a full list. It's usually when there are issues with XBL just like notifications may not work when there are issues. Sometimes our gamercore says 0. I'm sure
    Microsoft puts in place backup records on XBL. Check on xbox.com Xbox 360 and smart glass if your friends are still there. This is why I don't participate in the Preview thingy. I prefer to have the publicly available official Dashboard version than to have
    my console running on a Dashboard BETA. Microsoft announced Windows 10 a few days ago. Who would put that on the primary PC. They say put it on a backup PC. I don't have a backup PC though.

    same problem here. Microsoft this is terrible service! don't know how it happened but please fix it as soon as possible. I also recommend you think of some way to apologize to al the "PAYING" xbox live customers the playstation network is free for heavens
    sake!!!!! There i was all excited to play a good clan match been waiting for weeks to play and what do i find? My friend list gets erased. Sort it out quickly this is not what I am paying for!!!!! It sure as hell better be fixed by tomorrow.
