    Friends list goes offline for no reason


    When I pull up my friends list it completely goes offline then after about 10 minutes it starts signing in people one at a time very slowly and, I know for a fact that some of these people are online. It happens randomly just out of no where. Is this happening
    to anyone else? This just started happpening about 2 weeks ago

    This has been a known issue for a week or two now. I believe they're still working on the fix for this random bug.

    Hello

    It will most likely be a bug due to the server being under heavy load.

    I have also seen my friend list empty and then from time to time it will say everyone is offline.

    There is an awful lot of people online and gaming with the whole stay home thing going on. I have had a few things go on with my friends list on the Xbox Beta app I just hit refresh and it updates.
