Friends list error message : "Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened".

I have added my daughter as a friend, but she cannot access her friends list.

Instead, she gets this message:

Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. It appears you've found a glitch in the system. Please try again later.

This has been going on for 2 weeks now. Is there some way of fixing it? We are using Windows only and do not have an xbox.

Runtime Error

any info on what the problem is. im not getting the runtime error anymore but now im getting redirected to the error.aspx page with the message below.

On IE9 I can't even see the site. It tells me the site is down, or network error, etc.



On Safari it constantly logs me out, despite my settings. Sometimes when I go to another page, sometimes when I try and make a post.



On Firefox the site just looks terrible. no amount of zoom helps whatsoever.



Yeah the problem is just IE9... :/



Typical Microsoft. Severely lacks the ability to test anything properly before releasing it to the public. Reminds me of the Xbox 360 a few revisions ago.
