    Friends list empty = 360 only


    Hi,

    My friends are no longer showing on my Friends List on the 360 - but are ok on my Xbox One.

    Been this way for months and I've cleared the cache and properly rebooted the console several times to no avail.

    Can you advise?

    There's no problem with my One - all my friends are shown there, online is working perfectly .......

    It looks like your console is not connecting to Xbox Live properly.

    Let's start by having you follow all of the steps on the
    Xbox 360 console can't connect to Live guide.

    Post back once you have tried every step and let us know how that goes!

    It looks like your console is not connecting to Xbox Live properly.

    Let's start by having you follow all of the steps on the
    Xbox 360 console can't connect to Live guide.

    Post back once you have tried every step and let us know how that goes!
