Friends List disappearing, Weird Triangle Symbol

has anyone else’s friends list disappeared I had around 30 people on my friends list and when I look back I have 1 person added and it keeps adding people back on and changing who’s added also some of my games have a weird triangle symbol with a ! In it on the bottom right what does that mean? I have also restarted my Xbox many times and it hasn’t changed anything

My friends list disappeared as well

Yes i have this too from this morning, i have 111 friends and none of them are online or offline, they dissap, it tell me "acquire new friend!", i think is an issues with the server i remenber happened long ago safe stuff.

I turned my Xbox off for a bit and the triangles have disappeared I think it might have been because my Xbox was hot or something

The triangle warning symbol usually means that your console is not detecting a license for those games. There are a few reasons why this can happen but since you said the triangle went away when you restarted your console, then it was likely caused by a temporary network problem.

Regarding your friends list problem, many gamers have reported not being able to see their friends list across multiple Xbox platforms such as PC, Console, Mobile Xbox app, and Xbox's website. However, If you press the Xbox button and go to Profile & System > press "A" on your profile > My profile, your friends count should still display the exact number of friends you have, this means that your friends were not deleted from your list. These are some things you could try to get your friends to display again:

• Power Cycle

- Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds, until it shuts down.

- Unplug the power cord from your console for 3 minutes (If you have the original Xbox One, unplug the power supply from both the Xbox and the outlet).

- Plug everything back together and turn your console on.

• DNS settings

- Go to Settings > General > Network settings > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual > and set the Primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and the secondary DNS to 8.8.4.4.

- Restart your console.

• Try connecting your console to a different network.
