    Friends list disappearing on Console but still available on Smartglass and the Xbox website.


    So today when I turned on my console I opened the friends list and it kept going to suggestions and when I get my friends list to go on friends none have loaded in, but all of my friends are still on the Xbox website and smart glass. I will add that I've
    restarted and done a hard reset on my console and it hasn't done anything, Thanks

    Sorry we cant show your friends right now???????

    Same here. NAT is open and console and website says all services are available. I can play online. But I can't see my friends list or activity feeds. Same goes for the SmartGlass app on my iPad (iOS) and Note4 (Android). This is definitely on Microsoft's
    end.

    Unable to add or remove friends.

    Im having the same issue where it shows i can add friends via the smartglass app and on the website but they dont appear on the pending list on both the smartglass app or on the 360 friends list. Please fix this.

    Are you trying to add friends through the Smartglass app or through the Games app on Windows Phone? If you can try the following steps and let us know the results! :)

    • Xbox.com Friends (Search for a friend and then click 'Add friend' on their profile)
    • Xbox One console
    • Xbox 360 Smartglass app
    • Xbox One Smartglass app
