Friends list disappeared

    Hello - my friends list disappeared. Was there yesterday, now empty. Downloaded profile; no change.

    Friends list disappeared

    Hello there Elle Va, i`d like you to check your friends-list by clicking here this should display your friends from xbox.com,
    now for your console, i would like you to delete your Xbox profile from your console. I know you`ve already done this but we have to make sure don't we, then
    clear your Xbox 360 system cache to learn how to clear your Xbox 360 system cache

    click here     then attempt to download your profile back to your console, this should fix the problem at hand, i`d also like to note that you should sign out of your Xbox profile to be able to delete your profile.

    After doing what PR1NCE DARKNESS has suggested and it's still not there, please check if you have an active and paid for Gold Subscription too. It's possible that your friend's list isn't popping up since you're on Silver.

    Disappearing friends list

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    Can you see your friends list on the win10 app or on the mobile app

    After doing what PR1NCE DARKNESS has suggested and it's still not there, please check if you have an active and paid for Gold Subscription too. It's possible that your friend's list isn't popping up since you're on Silver.
