Friends list deleted and requests are never received.

Hi, my son's xbox live account's friends list has disappeared.

When he sends a friend request, from the console, it prompts for my user name and password, which I enter, but the friend request is never received.

I've tried sending him a request from the web but he has never received it. I've also tried sending a request from my account on the console and from his account to me on the console and nothing is received. There is no error.

Could someone help me solve this?

Can't add friends?

I've been trying to add a new friend, but it's not working. I sent them a friend request, they received it and accepted, but my account still said "friend request pending". I canceled the request, they removed me from their list, and they sent me a friend
request, but I never received it. I have checked my settings, and everything is public, and open to requests.

Any ideas?

 

me and my friend is have a problem add each other back

My friend deleted me and they wanted to add me back now. But when we send each other friend request it just says pending on our friends list and we don't received each other friend request. We can send each other messages and party/ game invites.... but
for some reason we can't add each other back..

 

I'm quite disappointed with the response here. Have I posted this in the wrong forum?

I have payed money for his xbox live gold account and he is not able to talk to or play with his friends.

 

Hi I'm having the same problem aswell and kind find out anything about what's happened did you find anything out

 

hi there im pretty sure there was an service alert about no friends and this still an on going issue

what i advice you can do is dellete your profile from your console

and preform system cache 3times

in order to system cache

go to system

storage

high light harddrive press y and perform system cache 3times

then please restart console

then tets connection then please re download profile .
