Friends List Broken

I've tried this now a couple times and I'm still having the same problem.

This is how got mines workimg

Press the X button from your console for 30 seconds and then turn it on again in 20 second that a hard reset that how i fix mines hope this work

console, Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system.

Physically Power Cycle your Console. If the issue persists then you can always try to

Remove and then Add the account on the account back on the console and then give it another try. Just make sure you have all your account information ready to go so you don't run into problems adding it.
