Friends list all showing offline

So all of my friends show as being offline, even the ones i know to be online and playing, and not showing is offline. Anyone happen to know whats up? Ive done a full power cycle, signed out and back in, showed as offline myself, nothing. Kind of annoying.

Connection issues and disconnecting constantly

Yes, entire friends system appears to have gone offline to include party chat and even in game chat due to the entire list showing all users offline.

I can speak with all my friends online except one particular friend. Both our NATS are saying open and neither of us are on mute or showing offline in our profiles yet both of us are showing offline to each other and we can't speak to each other but can
all other friends in our friends list

I have a friend that always shows offline and we can't figure out how to fix it. His profile isn't set to show offline, but it doesn't help. We both hard reset our systems, which actually helped a couple other small issues, but
failed to fix that one. Also, in some game chats, people can hear me, but I can't hear them. It's not my headset or mic because it works totally fine everytime I'm in a party chat. I wish we could solve these issues too. Nothing is perfect, but we are
paying for the online service and it's so difficult to get answers or find fixes for these issues.

My xbox has been experiencing these issues for a while now it wont show my xbox friends and when i search up their profile it says their offline it doesnt even show my friends list at all only xbox app it will and when i go on my second account it shows
my friends list but now it will show everyone offline and wont let me hear them this is the second time this has happened and i just hope microsoft can fix this and my friends list not showing problem
