Friends list acting strange

As it says, my friends list is acting strange. I'll hit my xbox button to see who's on. 55 friends. Ok, cool. Let's see what they're playing. Wait..what? Now it shows none, no now one friend on. Over time it adds another person I know was originally on the
list of 55. As long as it has taken to write this, it has added 20 more people for a total of 21.

I have hard reset my xbox.

I have reset my router.

I have removed and added my profile.

I have restored xbox to factory, keeping my apps and games.

What is going on?

This has happened twice in as many days, and roughly about the same time.

I had a similar glitch. I saw that I had twenty friends on, but I could not see their gamertags or what they were playing. I had to click on each person to see who they were. I am guessing with the number of people that are now on Xbox live that it
is causing maintenance/server errors.

the last few days there have been small bugs in the xbox system, any problem of this type will be solved automatically

I hope this is the case because it's happening AGAIN. Just had 45 friends on. Then none. And yet my idle notifications shows a friend broadcasting but he isn't showing as online. This is an irritating bug. Yes, it resolves itself, but it takes 30 mins
to "add" everyone back! Not very efficient if you are in a raid party and all of a sudden everyone disappears.

Just appeared in my list, actually. Strange. Anyone think my friend would be able to beat three acts in time starting now? haha

We're just fellow gamers like yourself so there's nothing we can do. Submitting a case review would be the only way to contact the enforcement team so unfortunately if you're not able to submit a review, all you can do is wait out the suspension. They typically
don't suspend or ban an account without a thorough investigation, so it's actually rare that they get overturned.
