Friends keep getting notifications I'm online

so it seems when ever I come online, my friend every ten minutes my friends get notifications that I'm online. Even thou I never signed up and am just playing my game.

this has been going for about 2 weeks. im part of the dashboard preview program and it seems since that since the last preview update this has been happening. Could of been before or after this started but my friends have been telling me I keep signing in
Within that time frame.

i also regularly use smart glass and have my web browser automatically keep me signed in. These 2 things have always been active for me so I don't think it's that but who knows.

Getting online notifications for people not on my friends list?

I keep getting notifications (on the xbox one) that people no longer on my friends list are online. Why does this keep happening?

 

Notifications not working.

I'm going to keep it quick and simple - my xbox one literally gives no notifications for like new messages, game/party invoices or friends online. However I am getting notifications for clip recorded, joining a party (actually joining it or friends joining
my party).

Side note, my smartglass app on my iPhone is receiving notifications for new messages.

 

Since you are in the preview program you will need to post your issue in the preview forums.

 

I'm having the same problem, and I'm not in the preview program.

 

I honestly do not think that, that's anything to do with your console. But I would say that try appearing offline for about 2 minutes and then appear online again and see. All else fails trying reaching out to the Support team on twitter or Call 1-800 4MY-XBOX
