    Friends issue


    I have several friends who are online, they have checked their settings and it says they're appearing online, but on my Xbox One they're appearing offline. Is there a bug going on or is it maybe just my Xbox?

    Issue with friend...

    Here is how to clear the cache:

    1- press Xbox button

    2-Go to system settings section

    3- Go to Memory section (choose desired HDD)

    4- Press Y button

    5- Click on Clear System Cache

    how do u clear the cache? im having the same problem with my friends Friends issue :( we cant connect to private chat or games Friends issue :(

    It might be your connection. Check your NAT type on Network settings. If it is different from what your friends have then that's you're issue there. NAT type has to be Open. If not, try powercycling the console along with the router properly. See if that
    helps.

    My friends and I all have full bar connectivity with open NAT. We've all refreshed routers, turned of Xbox and unplugged it, never worked. Must've been on Microsoft's end because when I woke up this morning the issue corrected itself. So, yay. Lol. @ | mad0x

    Not sure if this makes a difference or not but I believe Dark Souls has disabled party chat.

    I'm pretty sure one of your NATs is not open... I know it says its open in the Network Connectivity, but its not always right

    Friend Issues

    Go to friends/following list on the console or Xbox App and use the drop down menu to find blocked. You'll see the person there and you can unblock them.

    The same thing happened to me and my best friend it unfriended him and when I try to friend him it says "please try again later"

    It is really Annoying so Xbox plz fix this.
