Friends I have added on Xbox One do not show up when I look at my friends list on www.xbox.com

I am not sure what to do other then add people twice once on xbox.com and also on my xbox one. How do I add people once and see them both places?

Some friends always appearing as offline.

I have this issue with two of my friends. Added one on 360 and the other through Xbox One. Neither of them show online to me even though they are and we've checked all the settings...

I also have two friends whom I added on my 360, who only play 360, but do not show on that friends list. But they do appear in my xbox one friends list. I didn't even have xbox one when I added them

 

Why do I see people playing xbox 360 on my xbox one friends list?

The friends that I have added on my Xbox One I cannot see when I look at my friends list from my xbox 360.

 

Same thing happened to me. I thought they unfriended me, but when I log into my XBOX ONE, they are there, but they don't show up on the website or on my XBOX 360... dunno why.

 

Sometime this week. There going be a profile update. I think it will inclued friends down the road.

 

Remove and re-add your friend on Xbox.com or if you have one, add them on your 360.

Then, they'll show up on your friends list. Message your friend and let them know you're re-adding them.
