    I can not get my friends gifts and rewards from the Bingo game, when I try to get them the system keeps booting me off. This has been happening for the last 4 days. Have tried uninstalling game and installing back, but still have this problem. Would like
    to know how to fix this problem, and or who do I contact.

    When redeeming Microsoft reward points, how can I purchase a $5 xbox reward and gift it to a friend?

    Accidentally picked wrong rewards

    I just traded 5,000 reward points for an XBOX digital gift card, direct deposit. I accidentally picked the direct deposit when I wanted to do a regular digital gift card so I could give it to my friend. I don't have XBOX Live so
    credit will never be used. Is there a way it can be taken out of my account and convert it into a regular digital gift card or refund the reward purchase so I can trade in the reward points for the right gift card?

    Thank you for your post. I understand you are looking to move gift a friend a gift card obtained from Microsoft Rewards. If the rewards gives you a pre-paid code, you are more than welcome to use it on any account you please. If Microsoft Rewards automatically
    adds the content to your account, there is no way to transfer it once it has been added.

    Are game pass codes region locked?

    Just a suggestion but could you not exchange your reward points for Xbox/Microsoft credit to your account then use the funds to gift Gamepass to your friend.
