    my friends list doesnt have the correct profile pictures and ive done all the troubleshooting steps that i was told to do and it was working fine yesterday and today when i got on today my profile picture was changed and all of my friends list is not up
    to date

    I had 2 friends that had the same thing happen to them. I mean seriously, the gamer pics are awful. They seriously need to release gamer pics with games, shows amd movies like you used to.

    New console,

    Just bought new xbox1 I can't change color scheme of tiles in home screen, Xbox says can't display colors at the moment, can't see friends gamer pics or achievement pics anyone plz

    Let's have you try
    removing your profile     (please ensure you remember your account email and password before doing this step),

    power cycling     your Xbox One console and router/modem and then signing back in.

    Did that solve the issue?

    no it didnt Ive tried all the troubleshooting steps it has the same stuff as the website does

    it was fine until i turned it on yesterday at 10am and thats when everything was messed up

    when i mean my friends list is not up to date i mean when they sign in it shows theirs correct profile picture but when i go to my friends list it doesnt

    Gotcha. Please try a
    soft factory reset    of your Xbox One console selecting the option to "keep your games and apps" to avoid having to download them again. Any changes with this experience after that?

    Can't see anyone's custom gamerpic

    I’m having the same issue at the moment, I logged onto my Xbox the other day and my custom gamer pic has been removed and all my friends have default gamer pics, my friends can still see my custom gamer pic but I can’t see anyones

    Edit: I restarted my console and I can see my custom gamer pic but no one elses

    Real Names

    Slayers post said that you are going to have the ability to share your real name with friends of friends. The real name system ties in to the custom gamer pics.

    If friends of friends where able to see my gamer pic you would have problems.
