    For some unknow reason there is a friends error that has shown up 0x87c40001. it will show friends online but not allow you to interact. Any idea what's up?

    Its also a pain to find a place on here to add something like this to let you know whats going on out here. Couldn't you guys add a feature so we could do it from the xbox one console to make this easier and faster.

    Issues with Xbox Live

    My friend cant play his digital games. I sometimes getter an error message when a try to play mines, but it works after a few attempts.

    "We cant find a microphone for these people" error

    Yesterday I unplugged my mic and plugged it right back in using the same the controller now I have this error and cant talk to my friends or hear them.

    To the last 2 posters: Can you please create another thread about this issue so that we can provide you with support that is more relevant to your issue? By the way, I'm experiencing similar issues with the friends app right now so it's likely an issue with
    Xbox Live. Just keep an eye on
    support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status     to check the status of Xbox Live, but at the time of this post, the only two service alerts out right now are for the OneDrive and PBS apps on the Xbox 360 so give Microsoft some time to notice and fix the issue.

    Ok so you know theres a problem. You working to fix it. You promise updates on the situation and fail. How about an eta on the fix so we arent waiting and checking evy 5 minutes and wasting our time. Or actually update people on the scenario instead of the
    same lame excuse over and over. If I'm paying for something that doesnt work Id atleast like to know why and whats being done. Fair right?
