Friends appearing offline

In the actual friends list my friend appear as online just normally but whenever i click on their profile to try to either join or invite them to Sea of Thieves, it just says online on their profile and i can't do either. I don't know if this is related
but my NAT type says: Teredo is unable to qualify. and the server connectivity says: blocked.

Hi ImOnYourShip,

If your Server connectivity shows as Blocked, your computer was unable to establish a Teredo IPsec connection to the Quality of Service (QoS) server. In addition, having a "Teredo is unable to qualify" NAT type also means
that your PC is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address. To resolve this issue, I suggest that you follow the solutions provided on this

link.

Put yourself online then do a full shutdown on the settings of the xbox a d it should fix it...

Thanks for reaching out to the forums for help. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue and I understand how frustrating this can be. I would suggest performing a hard reset on your console by following these steps:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to bring up the ‘Guide’ menu.
Scroll right to the ‘System’ tab and open ‘Settings’.
Go to ‘System’, then ‘Console Info’ and select ‘Reset Console’.
Choose either ‘Reset and remove everything’ or ‘Reset and keep my games & apps’.
