Friends App and Achievements Issue in Titanfall

    I'm missing the "I've Seen It All" Achievement in Titanfall...I kept careful track of which maps I'd done, and I'm almost 100% certain I've earned it, unless it doesn't count matches where I joined in progress. I'd chalk it up to my error except in the Friends
    App, it showed me as playing for 0 hours until last week. Now it shows me as playing for 31 hours, while ingame it reports 4d, 11h+. So I'm wondering if all those games I played counted toward it at all? There should be a progress bar for this achievement
    so people at least have some clue where they're at.

    Connection issues?

    Yeah having the same issue and all my friends are aswell. Achievement App Is not loading and cannot see any of my online friends cannot talk to my friends in the party aswell. Microsoft needs to issue a service alert...

    I got the same achievement problem and i dont have halo. I only had the xbox one for 4 days the last achievement i got was on titanfall 2 nights ago now achievements app wont work. Has anyone tried a factory reset?

    So...after getting no replies to this thread, I contacted Xbox Customer Support...Who told me it was EA's problem and gave me a phone number, which referred me to EA's "New and Improved Customer Support" website and told me to click on a "Contact Us" button...which
    isn't even on the page they send you to. You have to jump through a few hoops just to get to the Contact Us button, which then allows you to either chat with what I presume is India or be called back at their convenience.

    EA's India Chat Representative insisted that I had never played Titanfall on the Xbox One because it didn't appear on my Origin account. When I gave up on Bollywood and got EA to call be back they naturally said that it was MS' issue.

    When I called Xbox back, they told me it was an EA thing, they had no control over it.

    Back to EA, who told me they had absolutely no control or even information about Xbox versions of Titanfall...

    Xbox again, who finally admitted to me that I was just out of luck, although they did offer to run me through a Networking Troubleshooter. What bearing this has on my issue I have no idea, except it must be on a script somewhere.

    Both EA and MS' Customer Service in this area is a complete joke. Bad enough there's nothing that can be done about the issue, I can sort of understand that, even if it is ridiculous that the system is set up in such a way that they can't see anything relating
    to Achievements, but to force me to call them multiple times before they can figure that much out, and to keep passing the buck to each other is completely unacceptable.

    Whoever set this particular Achievement up should have included some way of tracking progress, and whoever set the Achievement system in general needs to come up with some better tools for the Customer Service reps. I'm not saying they need a "Magic Button"
    to grant Achievements to anyone who calls with a complaint, but there should be at least some method for granting Achievements people earned but are not properly registering. The representative I spoke to couldn't even explain where the data about which maps
    I've played on which gametypes is stored. Is it local? Is it in the "cloud"? Can anyone access this information at all? It seems vanishingly unlikely that the answer is no. Seems far more likely that MS just doesn't want to admit they can, because then they
    can just do nothing about it, which is cheaper.

    Somewhere the data about which maps/gametypes I've played (according to LIVE!) exists. I'd just like to compare this data with what is already known (Because I have earned other achievements like winning 50 games in each gametype). I suspect that the comparison
    would show that LIVE! failed to record many of my games from the period when the Friends app was reporting me as having 0 hours played. It would be obvious because it would show few or no games played from certain gametypes, yet I have the achievement for
    50 games won in that gametype.

    This is just really frustrating because even if I were to start completely over, and record every game on every map, there would still be no guarantee the Achievement would be awarded, and even if I proved it by recording game clips there's nothing MS is
    willing to do about it.

    Reminds me of the old Lily Tomlin bit.

    I'm very sorry to hear about the achievement issues and any inconveniences it may have caused. Just to make sure that we have not missed any troubleshooting steps, I would like you try a few steps to see if we can get this issue sorted.

    Please give the following steps a try:



    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Leave the console unplugged for 5 minutes and plug in your console.
    • Power on your console.
    • From the home screen, navigate to My games and apps.
    • Highlight Titanfall.
    • Press the Menu button on your controller.
    • Select Uninstall.
    • Re-install the game by inserting the disc or for digital games navigate to My games and apps.
    • Select Titanfall.
    • Press the menu button on the controller and choose install.
    • You can check the status on the installation on the progress bar.
    • One the game is installed check to see if your achievements have updated.

    Please let us know if this issue continues to occur and we will be standing by to help.
