Friends and followers list help needed

My question sounds simple. And I hope the solution is as well.

How do i move some of my Friends over to my Followers list? I tried unfriending, but that only removes them completely. Problem is that most of my friends are followers before we had a follower option. And also, each time I accept a friend, it puts them
on my friends list instead of follow. I really only have about 50 friends that i play with. The rest eed to be on my follow list. But I don't want to remove them completely. How do I go about doing this? Thanks

Hi mcshoop, these were friends on 360 and last week all my freinds I added on 360 had iconsand now they haven't but there still my friend

When you add someone as a friend they will show up in your friends list but they are technically not your "friend" yet, you're just following them. Once that person chooses to add you as a friend you'll be considered friends and will have the icon in the
top right corner of their Gamerpic.

 

Delete them and resend your invite to friend. As long as they do not add you as friend you will stay followers.

 

To do this discreetly, you could always delete them, & send them a message telling them that you accidentally deleted them & to please re-add you. Then when they send you the FR, simply don't accept it - that'll put them on your followers list. If they ask
you why you can't send them one, you're on your own.
