Discus and support Friends achievement list shows 0/1000 in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; Does anyone else have a issue when looking and/or comparing achievements with friends that most if not all show 0/1000.     Friends achievement list shows 0/1000


    Does anyone else have a issue when looking and/or comparing achievements with friends that most if not all show 0/1000. I can click on a game I know they have completed and it will show the correct score for that game. I then back out to the list and it’s back to 0/1000. Seems to be profiles with big a GS.

    Hi, It’s the same on Xbox.com and the apps. Looking deeper into it on forums this seems like a problem for people who have played over a 1000 games on their profile and has been a problem for years now and Xbox still haven’t fixed the issue. Bit of a joke really that I can’t even use standard features

    Friends achievement list shows 0/1000

    I can look at someone’s profile, someone with lets say over a million GS. I can be on their profile or even comparing with mine and it will show Xbox one / series games as 0/1000. Xbox 360 games seem to show the correct value. Picture from Ipad but is the same on console.

    Thanks, I was trying to replicate that. And you're right, this is happening with some games.

    That's odd, I'm going to let a Microsoft agent know about this to see if they have more information.

    In the meantime, please don't forget to report the problem as advised previously.
    And if you have friends who are experiencing this. Please ask them the same

    You can see it shows the achievements unlocked but at the top it shows 0/1000

    Could you try looking at stallion83 that the guy who hit the first million I believe. He has the bug where most of the games show 0/1000 if you click into a game it should show the correct score for that game.
