    Ok, so my friends email got hacked and they used that for their microsoft account. They have called microsoft multiple times and they just leave them on the line AND THEY JUST PUT THEM ON HOLD!! SO CRUEL! I HONESTLY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO GET THEIR ACCOUNT BACK, AND I DONT KNOW IF MICROSOFT DOES EITHER. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?

    Yeah, a bunch of my friends had the same problem...xbox was supposedly hacked and the hackers didn't manage to take credit cards, they DID really mess up the Live functions...

    why would we continue to play xbox when everytime we get into a random game there might be a hacker and we get penalized for it all of this is messed up because there are hackers out there not getting banned for all of this and the innocent people have to
