Friendlist won't show on xbox one.

Hello guys, I'm trying to find if someone can help me with my problem or if someone had the same problem.

I just want you to know that I don't speak english very well so sorry. Here is my prob : I can't see my friendlist on xbox one, people online, offline,recent player and all. Same when I go on the website ( I can read something like '' Xbox live is better
with friend ! ''.

I have around 80 friends and I didn't delete them...THE FIRST TIME I had the lag I was unable to add friends. I told my problem to an ''agent'' by chat.
He did a good job and fixed it but it came back. That's not a BIG problem but it's very annoying.Each time I try to talk with an ''agent'' they only write the same thing : Check your NAT, unplug your console for 30 sec, delete your account and redownload
it... I don't even know if they understand me in our main language.So I know you guys aren't expert or something like that but someone know if you can help me out ? I don't know if it's my internet even if everthing work fine, I have a really good internet
and all.

- I feel alone and I can't join/invite friend unless if they invite me. I can't even spy on them to know what they are doing. Thank you.

The Xbox 360 friendlist is a different friendlist as the one friendlist.

You'll have to add him when your in your bo2 game from your xbox 360 menu (acces by pressing select and start at the same time.

 

"We can't show your friends right now. Try refreshing the app."

I had a lot of issues with the friendlist on the Xbox App for Windows 10 and now I constantly get this message. I'm posting the most relevant information here as well as what I've done.

Accound with problems: TlB Commander

Secondaccount without problems: AidedBird783100

Friendlist on Xbox App for Windows 10: NOT OK

Friendlist on Xbox One Console: OK

Friendlist on Xbox Mobile App: OK

Using a different account on my PC: OK

Using the problem account on a foreign PC: NOT OK

Re-installing Xbox App: NOT OK

Using Xbox original App: NOT OK

Using Xbox (Beta) App: NOT OK

Pretty much leads to that something with my account is corrupted. I hope for some help.

Hey there!

With the information provided so far, especially the bit where Xbox.com shows that your friends list is empty, have you ensured that you are signing into the appropriate Gamertag when signing into Xbox.com? Double check that and let us know if you find
anything. For players to show up in your friends list, keep in mind that you must follow those gamers back.

For additional troubleshooting outside of what was mentioned in your post, I recommend trying a

Factory Restore on your Xbox One console. Be sure to select 'Reset and keep my games & apps'!

Keep us posted on how it goes!

 

I'm on the good account, I know I need to follow them back and I tried the factory reset. None of these step worked. :/
