(Friendlist) Won't load after New XBOX ONE Experience. HELP!

Hello Forum,

As that I do not have access to the Preview Program Forums although I am a member of the program, I am posting my issue here.

After the update to the new XBOX ONE Experience, I have been bombarded with issues, laggy transitions, can't sign in, freezing, and most annoyingly being unable to see my friends list.

Is there anyone else that is having trouble seeing their friends list?

I have tried looking for the "Friends" Tab in My Apps and I can't find it. Seems that it has been removed, and also have tried launching the "Friends" pin and once it opens I get the options of either RATE or UNPIN.

Is there a solution to this? As that I can't send party invites, nor game invites, not even join friends due to the fact that I can't see my friends list.

Hey there!

With the information provided so far, especially the bit where Xbox.com shows that your friends list is empty, have you ensured that you are signing into the appropriate Gamertag when signing into Xbox.com? Double check that and let us know if you find
anything. For players to show up in your friends list, keep in mind that you must follow those gamers back.

For additional troubleshooting outside of what was mentioned in your post, I recommend trying a

Factory Restore on your Xbox One console. Be sure to select 'Reset and keep my games & apps'!

Hello guys, I'm trying to find if someone can help me with my problem or if someone had the same problem.

I just want you to know that I don't speak english very well so sorry. Here is my prob : I can't see my friendlist on xbox one, people online, offline,recent player and all. Same when I go on the website ( I can read something like '' Xbox live is better
with friend ! ''.

I have around 80 friends and I didn't delete them...THE FIRST TIME I had the lag I was unable to add friends. I told my problem to an ''agent'' by chat.
He did a good job and fixed it but it came back. That's not a BIG problem but it's very annoying.Each time I try to talk with an ''agent'' they only write the same thing : Check your NAT, unplug your console for 30 sec, delete your account and redownload
it... I don't even know if they understand me in our main language.So I know you guys aren't expert or something like that but someone know if you can help me out ? I don't know if it's my internet even if everthing work fine, I have a really good internet
and all.

- I feel alone and I can't join/invite friend unless if they invite me. I can't even spy on them to know what they are doing. Thank you.
