Friendlist vanished after deleting and refreshing my account.

Hello,

so after changing my gamertag a couple of days ago I found Halo Reach in my basement and installed it on my Xbox One. Everything went fine until I had to choose my profile to play Reach. The game was unable to log me into my account. So I deleted my account
from my Xbox One and installed it new. Reach downloaded all the information from the Xbox servers it needed to log me in and playing online is no problem anymore. But what happened is that my friendlist vanished completely, Xbox Live says that I didn't add
anyone. I don't see if someone's coming online or even messages. What works is that friends can invite me into a party or a session. I also can look up my friends and messages in the Xbox App via mobile phone or PC. But as I said: friendlist has completely
dissappeared and inviting someone is also not possible. Although I somehow added someone (who I don't know) by trying to add my friends. No window or else popped up but it seems that Xbox Live noticed my button smashing.

Can anyone help? It's really annoying and I somehow can't call the customer support of Xbox Live. It says that my surname is not correct although I can't change it because it's connected to my account when I log in to the support site.

Dashboard issues

The friend section on my dashboard has vanished, even refreshing the dashboard won't bring it back up, anyone else having this issue?

All purchases with Xbox video have disappeared...

On the 8 April 14 Supernatural and The vampire Diaries vanished from my console, what is going on!?! Refreshing and signing in and out isn't fixing anything! Did they just suddenly remove them from Xbox Video or something!?!

There was no other solution than calling the support. It was vewable on both Xbox.com and the app, but not on the Xbox. But yes, everything's fine. Case closed

thank you for the advice and its true what you are saying. but its the same irl aswell and if there is guys/girls that are "different" they just gets deleted from my friendlist.

Your console is not compromised, it's likely what HaloJolly mentions.

You could try clearing the cache of the console and or redownloading your profile to see if that refreshes your friendlist

Seriously!!!! This is ridiculous! All of the movies and TV shows I purchased have vanished. The refresh option doesn’t work.
