Friending my friends on roblox cross-platform

Roblox Settings: Make sure you have correctly followed the steps to disable cross-platform play in Roblox. Go to your settings page by clicking the “More” icon in the upper right corner. Server Issue: It could be a Roblox server issue that is causing this issue. You could try contacting Roblox support for more help

Game Issue: Some games on Roblox may not support disabling cross-platform play. In this case, you could try playing another game to see if the problem persists.

I have all the settings open

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. Sounds like the cross play is not enabled in settings, were you able to look at the
privacy and online settings? We will give you the
steps to change the exact ones for the cross platform use.

1. You will go to the Xbox websiteand sign in.
   
   
   
   
2. Once signed in, click your picture top right corner go to Xbox profile.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on privacy settings.
   
   
   
4. Once in settings, under the picture see Privacy, Xbox One/Windows 10 online safety. Select the Xbox one/Windows 10 online safety.
   
   
   
   
5. You will see you gamertag you are looking for one setting:
   
   
   
   
6. The two you want to make sure say allow and everybody are:
   
   1. "you can play with people outside of Xbox live" set to allow
      
      
      
      
   2. Now click on privacy you are looking for one setting:
      
      "you can communicate outside of Xbox live with voice and text" set to allow

Only way around this is to join a game on a tablet/pc then try to join friend from the silly broken menu in the Friends section. Not sure why this hasn’t been upvoted more.

Question....for you, how do you make friends across from Android to XBox? I've got cross platform set up on Xbox, and sent a friend request to Xbox associated Roblox toon, but don't see the invite anywhere.

i really loved to see more cross platforms games, i've been waiting for a long time to see apex and play with my friends but it is not cross platform yet :S
