Friend unable to join Minecraft Bedrock survival server

Based in your description, it seems like you exhausted most of the important methods to apply to possibly fix the issue even reinstalling the Windows did not fix the issue. I assume that the the issue is not within the operating system, we can say that the issue really in Minecraft Server that you are not able to join. In this case, if this is the only game that you are having an issue. I would suggest to contact the developer of Minecraft Bedrock to do further investigation and provide accurate and feasible workaround to fix the issue. Probably there is an on going issue in regard to this matter so contacting them would be beneficial to get real time support as well.

In this case as well since you are not able to join within the server of the game, better to contact as well the host of the server where you ca ask what version to use in order to join to a specific world in Minecraft bedrock.

If you mean the Server-Mode Hunger Games, you will need to play JAVA Minecraft on a PC and connect to specific Minecraft Servers running the Hunger Games mods.

On the Xbox console, you can only connect to featured servers, and can't join those fancy PC servers running Hunger Games.

You can either prepare a Hunger Games map yourself, and then invite a few friends to your map on the console but are limited to a hand full of players from your friend list, or you can do the next best thing, and join a Battle Royale mode on one of the featured
servers.

i run a minecraft server and for my kids to access it via xbox one they require the ip, thats it, even their friends join, basically only people i trust. but yes you can use an ip only. on minecraft for xbox, phone, switch, playstation and pc.

i use the bedrock server software.

I can't go with friends and servers in Minecraft in android bedrock edition
