Friend says he reported me a bunch

Hi, a friend of mine told me that he reported my gamertag multiple times. since that may have resulted in my rep being sat at avoid me is there a way I could get this fixed? I talked to someone who has had a similar problem and he said he was able to get
someone to help him out.

there is a guy on my buddies friend list that keeps making threats that he will hack my account and get me banned and always begs for games. I have reported his gamertag a few times and no actions have been taken his gamer tag is MR KILLER 987. He says he
has so many firewalls that he will never get caught and just whole bunch of bull crap. He also mods a few games like test drive ullimited 2 and other games.

 

Stalked and harassed by live member.

I have a problem with a Xbox Live member. I unfriended him when he started creeping me out. He spammed me with messages and I reported them but they never stopped. I heard from a friend he got banned because he was spamming others as well. He has come back
with a new user name and he is harassing me again. I block communications with him but he friend requests me and the Xbox will NOT let me deny the request (it errors out and says to visit xbox.com/support). You have to accept and unfriend. But that unblocks
the messages and he spams me again. He posts my ip address to me and says he is going to turn off my internet if I don't re friend him. When he says he is going to turn off my internet my live account signs out and I can not log back in for at least ten minutes.
This is really freaking me out. How do I get rid of him?

 

You'll be able to see under your profile your "reputation" bar (The green one. Hopefully it's green!). It takes a lot of people reporting you to bring that down, also, if people are reporting you for no reason, the action will actually be taken against their
account, not yours.

If he reported your gamer tag, it will only affect him with the avoid you setting.

If he reported it due to a naming violation and you haven't received a popup, which you would get as soon as you logged in, then it was deemed not offensive an no action is being taken.

In short, I would not worry about it. People try to abuse the reporting system all of the time. It's better geared to protect the player, not the people trying to abuse it. XBox Live does report all instances.

 

Ok well my account went from very good to avoid me in a matter of hours.
