Discus and support Friend Requets in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I got an xbox 360 for christmas and I cant send friend requests.     I got an xbox 360 for christmas and I cant send friend requests. I dont know why because I have a gold membership and im not on family settings. please help.

    Friend Requets

    What is the error you are seeing?

    If the recipient has a full friends list (100 people) that could also be the cause.

    You may also want to review your own privacy settings on the console. Just because there are no family settings does not mean the privacy settings are open, theyt may still be blocking friend requests. Have a look at these on the console.

    Let us know how you get on.

    it keeps saying cannot complete this process and I cant find any setting to do with friend requests.

    Have a look here:

    account.xbox.com/.../Home

    Under Xbox One Online Safety there's a setting relating to adding friends. Make sure that's allowed. Also under Privacy, make sure others can see your profile and so on.

    How many people have you tried sending a friend request to? If just one or two, it's possible their friends lists are full. A 360 user can have a maximum of 100 friends, which also includes incoming and outgoing requests that have not yet been accepted/denied.

    Try someone else and see if that works.
