"Friend Request" system

    The friend system is different on each console. The One is set up as a follower system, so it doesn't actually send a friend request and friend requests from the 360 do not show up. He may be able to see the friend request on xbox.com or if he signs into

    The friend system is different on the One than on the 360. The One has a follower system so you don't have to send a friend request, but 360 friend requests will not show up. They may be able to see your requests on xbox.com or if they can sign into a 360
    and accept it there.

    The friend system is different on the One. It's not a request system, you just choose to follow someone. So it won't send you a request at all if they friended you from the One. If you send them a friend request, they should be able to see it on the website
    and can accept it from there.

    I hate the new "following" thing too.

    Mostly because a lot of the time I never even get the notifications that someone has started following me, and I have friends that i've "followed" that said the same thing.

    I just realized a few weeks ago there were like 10 people following me from months back I didn't even know about lol.
