Friend reports gamerpic as a "joke"

In general, as long as it's nothing offensive or copyright, you are fine. The picture you currently have should be ok unless it's someone else's copyrighted artwork.

There's really no way for us to know what the Enforcement Team will consider inappropriate. Follow the ToS for Xbox and Microsoft and you should be fine.

If if people did report your gamer pic as a "Joke" Enforcement has the tools to see that. They look at the photo and make sure it follows all the guidelines. The report really just makes them look at it to verify its ok. If your pic is perfectly fine. It
won't matter how many people report it as a "joke"

Keep in mind that reporting things as a joke can also result in a ban or suspensions as well.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. As our Ambassadors have stated, if you upload a custom image that is contradictory to the Community
Standards for Xbox it may be removed and replaced with the most recent Microsoft-created image that you used, and you will be prevented from uploading any additional imagery for a specific period (typically 24 hours).
