Friend randomly deleted and I can't re-add him

I got on my xbox one yesterday and I went to check my favorites on my friends list and noticed that a friend was deleted and I couldn't re-add that person. We were talking in a party chat last night and all of sudden we couldn't hear each other and it said
"connecting..." then it said he went offline and since then I can't re-add or view his profile things such as; feed, achievements, following, etc. Now, keep in mind that he's my friend in real life so I know he wouldn't delete me, but it's like I'm blocked
from viewing his profile. Can anyone help me with this?

Xbox won't let me send Friend requests

KOS DEATH HCL I followed your instructions and guess what it didn't work but in fact deleted all my friends??? And because I still have this glitch I can't re-add any of my friends so what am I supposed to do??

 

Can't unblock friend

Xbox randomly blocked my friend, now I can't unblock him I tried sending him a friend request doesn't work it's says he is unblocked he isn't and I need to fix it

 

Try logging out of your profile and logging back in. If that doesn't work you might also try removing the profile and re-downloading it.

If that doesn't work do a hard reset on your console. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console. Once it is back up and operational test for results.

Sadly, none of the steps listed above worked. Any other suggestions?

 

You can't had the same problem Xbox360 and xbox1 have different servers and you can't have friends if they are different consoles....Something xbox don't tell you when you pay to go online and buy the games!!!!!
