Friend Online Notifications Not Working

My OS is 6.2.12102.0 (xb_rel_1502.150108-2200) fre! Last notification was about 3 days.

 

6.2.11797.0 (xb_rel_1411.141124-1759) fre last notification 4-5 days ago.

 

Nothing for me today, hope will fix it soon ....

 

Still nothing for me either.

I am having the exact same problem. Says no friends are online. And I know of a few other people having the same problem
