Friend Online Notifications Not Working

I am sure is on Xbox one for me.

 

I wasn't getting notifications for when I had it set to favorites only, changed it to all friends and that worked for a day and now not getting notifications for anything, friends, achievements etc.

 

We had this problem already ! And now again.

Guys it is a Xbox Live problem. We/I had the same problems last month/year !

Save your time by removing your profile it want help. It´s not working on Xbox One and Smartglas (PC and Phone).

 

3 days and nothing, wait and see ....

I have restore the factory settings, this was my last resort, and the problem still there, please fix it ( and sorry for the bad english i am french )

 

@UnKle Ace Yeah,i know.I wanted to say.. I have the same problem again.Its just frustrating that i have the same problem again one month later. I took them 2 weeks to fix the problem last time.

Having the same problem with favourites not notifying on xbox one and the smart glass app.

 

Update today.. Hope that fix it.

 

Unfortunately, the update brings no hope. :/

 

Any news from the support teams ?? Is frustrating ......

 

Hey, everyone! I am very sorry to see that you aren't receiving your friend notifications pop up! I read through this thread and see that all of you have done the steps that Nightmare has posted to help you out.

What I am looking for here is what OS you're running on. You can find that by following the steps on our

Xbox One operating system versions support page. We will need everything posted on that line (including what's in the parentheses).

Once you have that, post it up along with when the last time you remember seeing a friend notification pop. With all that information, we'll be able to go on to our next step.

 

My OS is 6.2.12102.0 (xb_rel_1502.150108-2200) fre and the last notification was for 4-5 days ago.

 

My OS is 6.2.11797.0 (xb_rel_1411.141124-1759) fre

Last notification was also about 5 days ago.
