Friend on list shows no achievements/information

i have one friend in my friends list who when i click on them to view and compare information and achievements shows they have none in any games.

the main profile overview has the gamerscore on it, but when i click either on the games, or just a full profile comparison it shows 0 for all his.

frustrating as i am trying to compare how we are doing and to aid us getting things..

any ideas guys?

oh this is on xbox, website and app. Just the one friend, no one elses shows like this

I have two of Gears of War 2 achievements in my achievements list.

Xbox ,

I have two of Gears of War 2 apper in my achievements list on my Xbox one menu. One is that all of achievements I unlocked in past years ago. The another Gears of War 2 achievements show up in 0 unlocked and it shows that version over the other one when
I compared with friends and my friends tell me on there side it shows up even they know that I do have the achievements unlock in Gears of War 2.

I am wondering if there's any way to delete the achievements off the list just like you van in the xbox 360?

 

"Freinds" achievement in "The Bunker" won't unlock

Hi! I've collected all toys and unlocked every achievement in game except for "friends". The problem is that I've collected all the toys (criteria to unlock) and it still won't pop.

On the launch screen, it shows 890/1000 but in my achievement list, it shows 900/1000 and 27/28 achievememts so I'm guessing this is the issue. The friend achievement should've unlocked when i collected the final toy...which in itself
is the achievement "general". Suggestions?

I think he blocked to let others see his games and other information, he can allow this by going to Settings > Privacy and online safety > Xbox live Privacy.
