    Hi,

    For a couple of month now I have an empty friend list on my XboxOne S. I don't see them at all (connected or not). They can invite me to play, and everything work fine except this.

    My list is fine, i can see my friends, when i am connected on the Xbox live with my PC or my phone..

    Can anyone help me ?

    We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns your friends list being empty when you check it on your Xbox One console.

    Does the list also appear empty when you view it on our Xbox website, or through a mobile device on the Xbox app?

    If this occurs on the console only, we recommend to attempt trying a
    soft factory reset of the console, reset and keep games and apps to help reset
    the operating system.

    Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out and then let us know if this information helped.

    My visibility is fine. Plus my friends see me and can invite me, it is I that cannot see them in my friend list (connected or not) BTW I should have a list of 100 gamertags from years of gaming, it is not like I only have 2 contacts.
